Ingredients
8 ounces button mushrooms
1 egg, white part only
2 tablespoons grated Pecorino Romano (can be replaced with Parmesan)
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

salt and pepper
marinara sauce (can be replaced with any of your favorite sauce)
How to Make
Preheat the oven, Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Apply vegetable oil on top of the aluminum foil.
Prepare a Ziploc bag, put bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, set aside.
Prepare again another Ziploc bag, put the egg white, button mushrooms and enter into it.
Take the button mushrooms and then move into Ziploc containing bread flour and other ingredients. Beat until mushrooms coated with flour and seasonings blended.
Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet, put into oven for 8-10 minutes or until it turns golden brown color finished.
Mushrooms krispi oven can be enjoyed with your favorite sauce.
