Usually salads made with only the basic ingredients of fruit or fresh vegetables, perhaps also with a vegetable that has been boiled briefly and presented. But this time is somewhat different. The salads are made from macaroni.

ingredients:
water to boil
1 clove onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 green chilies, chopped
100 g carrots, diced
100 grams of peppers, diced
1 bowl of macaroni
50 grams of mayonnaise
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar or vinegar meal
sugar to taste
salt to taste

How to make:
1. Boil water with 1 tablespoon salt given, and cook macaroni until done or for about 8 minutes. Lift drain.
2. To make the sauce, take a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, sugar, and mustard until blended.
3. Saute onion in olive oil until fragrant, put celery, carrots and peppers to 3 minutes.
4. Mix the sauce with vegetables cooked tea, and pour over macaroni.
